Nestled along the winding Coast Road that stretches between Obermarsh and the Gold Mountains lies Fruchtgrat, a verdant ridge adorned with sprawling vineyards.

Perched atop this lush ridge is the venerable Fruchtgrat Monastery, an ancient sanctuary where monks devote their lives to the worship of Vai of the Waters. The monastery, with its weathered stone walls and serene courtyards, exudes an aura of tranquillity and timeless devotion.

However, beneath this veneer of peace and piety, a sinister presence stirs. The shadow of corruption has begun to creep into the monastery's hallowed grounds, as an insidious darkness seeps into the light of Ænwyld.
